Welcome to CarrierConnect version 2.0. We have designed this system to serve all of your wholesale trading needs with the greatest ease of use. Please read below for descriptions of the basic functionality of the new system.

Homepage
Once you are a verified user, you will have access to our CarrierConnect portal homepage which allows you to interact with your dedicated agent, view network activity, buy and sell routes, manage your financials and more!
- Sell Routes
Click “Sell Routes” to add your routes and rates. All rates entered are matched with our code database and analyzed against our LCR (least cost routing) table immediately. Your account manager will then authorize testing and routing.
- Buy Routes
Click “Buy Routes” to begin buying. Don’t see the route you’re looking for? Read the “Request Route” function below. Use the new platform to buy High Quality, Low Cost termination points verified by our system managers. Routes can be purchased with payments using Google Checkout, Moneybookers, direct wire transfers, or credit via traffic exchange. Your quality and account balance can then be monitored in real-time using our online CDR system.
- Request Routes
Using this feature, you can expose your needs to our sales team and our growing member base. Requests will be screened for market viability and the most viable routes will be broadcast weekly to our members. We are already successfully fielding requested routes to the pleasure of our partners. Click “Request Routes” to begin.
- Tech Center
Use the tech center to interface with our support team. Manage your IP information online and manage you tickets. Test is done directly with one of our experienced support technicians.
- Payment Center
Here you can manage all your financial activity. Create easy online invoices, submit payments for immediate credit, view your transaction history, manage your wiring account and request a refund on your online purchase if needed.
